The water, soil and climate of southern California provide the ideal environment for growing citrus. There is a total of 193 acres of producing citrus. The various varieties of citrus bear fruit in different seasons to meet the demand for year round produce in grocery stores. There are:

  • 20 acres of Lisbon Lemons
  • 20 acres of Cara Cara Navels
  • 28 acres of Washington Navels
  • 105 acres of Barnfield Navels
